I bought a vehicle in May 2020. I bought the vehicle out right. I was told my paper title (that I paid for) would be mailed to me. It has been over 2 months and I haven't received anything. I reached out to Auto-nation Nissan and just kept getting the run around. Apparently the state is no longer mailing out paper titles. Which is fine I get they have no control over that. I bought a brand new car(Nissan Sentra) in January 2019 and it has nothing but problems. The AC went out the first month. The break switch has been broken twice. A new car should never have any problems and Nissan has done nothing to be helpful. I will never ever will buy another Nissan again in my lifetime.

General manager Victor Zarate,& Ian our service advisor and Micheal our sales man has been nothing but perfect with us each and every time, Mia, and Eric as well did an awesome job in getting our papers signed and going over any and all questions we had.
