This has to be the worst dealership we have ever dealt with when it comes to service. They are never running on time, their estimated wait times aren’t even close to accurate, and their service employees always have excuses for why it’s not their fault and how they are “supposedly” trying their best. I was going to east valley which is where I bought my car but I will now be going to see Mike at autonation. The only thing that bothered me was they pronounced my name wrong and spelt it wrong on my paper work.
I would highly recommend this dealership! I had numerous people help with the process, but I have a huge appreciation for Max Harmon, the sales associate who assisted me with my last two cars, and David Workman, the sales manager who did an amazing job with the financing. Thank you both for such a smooth experience, listening to my requests and making them happen, and even exceed my expectations. Truly, thank you!!!
They did an excellent service on my 2007 Altima. Brandon the service advisor was very helpful and accommodating. 5 stars to them. I recommend this place.
