This place is trash! NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!! They only care about the number of vehicles they sell and making sure you give them a good survey! Which they are bonuses off of! They take advantage of people and have the worst customer service! They ONLY address problems when they are contacted by the BBB! That is when management and GM decides to even call back their customers that were poorly treated!

I brought my car in because a recall on airbags. My airbag light remained cont. and after a $ 120.00 evaluation plus cost to fix a spiral cable ultimately was beyond my fixed income means which would have been approximately $500.00 I just could not afford to fix the broken part. The last service advisor said there would be no way to provide financial assistance but gave me a part # if I could find someone else to service it. I have my Rogue services at Autonation on Gilbert rd. Always the best experience. Ian is fantastic. Came in for regular service and took care of a recall.
