I have had our 2011 Altima SC serviced here since new, except for a short time when I was living out of state. I would never take my car anywhere else as they have been phenomenal to work with. I recently called the AutoNation Nissan Chandler for an advice on my vehicle. The call was placed on hold for about 5mins. When the advisor answered the phone, he was very rude and didn't want to help. I asked to speak with the service department manager, he said his name is Mike, and he isn't any better. He also had an attitude. I regret my recent purchase from AutoNation Nissan Chandler. If you are looking for nice customer service, this is not dealer you want to choose.
