I was looking for a used toyota tundra 2wd truck next door and they had nothing. I stopped by ANNissan and this dealer had one with a dented tailgate, the dealer had ordered a replacement and after a couple of weeks, it's installed good as new and I'm a happy camper... I actually enjoyed dealing with the Richard and the Nicks and even John from collision when I picked up truck. Great team.
I bring my Infinity here for servicing, always great friendly service from all the staff. My service advisor is Katrina, she is wonderful with the details and keeps me well posted on repair timing and when parts have come in for a repair via phone and email - which I greatly appreciate as life is busy. Always quick professional service and my vehicle comes back much cleaner than when I brought it in. :)
Bought my Rogue Sport/pearl white on "Black Friday" just love it! Drove it home all by myself (Yuma Az). Rode real smooth didn't even feel the long boring drive. I was feeling the joy and getting to know my (baby pearl)that's what I call her because she's mine lol. I was not yet a customer of AutoNation Nissan as I bought my Rogue out of state and just arrived in Chandler. I drove into the dealership and asked if someone could check the air pressure in my tires as the light was on. They immediately directed me to the service area, put the proper air in my tires and washed my car! No charge. That kind of service made my day!
This would have been a five star review had it not been for our initial visit/ transaction. We were directed, and settled for a Titan we were not looking for. There was some misleading as well. But, thank you Chandler Nissan for having Robert Light contacting us and giving us the “ Royal” treatment!
