I have a 15 year old Murano and hver had it serived at Nissan dealerships 95% of the time in Washington State. The odd time I have to go elsewhere it is never good. 135,000 miles and 15 years later this car still runs like a dream. AutoNation Nissan Chandler is definately our new home for service now that we live here in Arizona.
Worst auto buying experience of my life! They sold a vehicle I was test driving out from under me. I wished that I never had driven it because I really liked the vehicle. Just tell me that it was probably sold or since you didn't and I had been working on getting down to test drive it for hours (documented by multiple emails) let me buy it. Nick Carter the "Manager on Duty" was clearly a washed up used car salesman with little to no managerial expertise. My advice is for him to go back selling used cars.
We owned a Nissan Murano. I had a car accident one week ago and totalled my vehicle. I am super amazed on how well the Murano protected me. I walked away with little to no injuries!! I had a head on collision 21 years ago and I wish that I had a Murano. I just bought a 2015 Rogue and had another awesome buying experience with Luz Del Carmen. She listened to my needs and worked to find it. Elias and Robert Light were awesome to work with. My transaction was seamless. Thanks a million. I feel so safe in my Nissan!!!
Your Auto Repair department is terrible. Yestesday my mom was there to change her battery that was covered under warranty but of course you guys always have always an excused not to cover it and she had to paid labor plus prorated fee plus some misc fee on top of that you sell her an alignment that she didn't even need. She ended up paying $180. You people should be ashamed of yourselves taking advange of elders like that. ����
I never thought I would be driving a Sentra. But I love it .The new Sentra is Comfortable, smooth, easy to read, tech friendly and Nice to look at. I'm very satisfied with this ride. The people at this AutoNation Nissan Chandler are excellent to deal with. I was in and out of there in no time And I hate Shopping. They had me in a car that was to my liking in a mater or minutes. So excellent customer service for sure. No stress or pressure. Thanks guys! I love my Nissan!

Entirely to long for an oil change. Was told any autonation would cover my free oil changes but if you take a ford to a Nissan dealer and expect the staff to know the difference? Well don’t expect them to step out of the box
