I just recently bought out my lease. I was treated with the upmost respect. Yesterday brought my car in for service. Manny was very nice and got me out quickly.
My car has now been here 6 times with no resolution. For the SAME issue. WHY would you give my car back to me when you know the problem is not fixed? WHY am I being charged for unnecessary replacements that don't fix the problem. Frustration is not even a good enough word to explain how I feel right now..this is so horrible.
Shopping for a new car can be overwhelming, but we had the best customer service from the moment we walked in to the dealership. Mr. Julio Carreon in sales, Mr. Carlos Burger in Finance and the whole team at AutoNation Toyota made our experience pleasant. We will recommend them to our friends and family.
