I thought they did a good job but when I got I. My car all the stuff that was in my glove box was on the floor didn't quite know what to think about that very disappointed why would you pull my stuff out of the glove box my personal papers and leave them on the floor of my car

Went to automation Toyota for my regular oil service. I arrived early in the morning with no appointment to try to see if I can get my service done. Thinking that I was going to wait forever in check in, WILLIAM LIMA saw pulled in and immediately helped me. William checked me in quickly and overviewed all my concerns that needed to be check on my 4 Runner.
