I have been taking my Toyota to AutoNation for years and the service department staff are great. Tim Phillis has been helping me for years and is a great guy and treatments me like a friend and is always very informative about what my car needs and when it needs it. It is a pleasure taking my car in for service with Tim.
Bought a brand new 4Runner a few days ago. This was my best and pain-free buying experience ever. I walked away with a great deal and beautiful vehicle. I will purchase my next vehicle here again. Great job Leah.

My car buying experience was good, but after my car was totalled its been nothing but a nightmare with this dealership. I went in over a month ago to cancel my $2600 service contract and I was told my bank would be sent the refund. Over a month later and numerous emails and phone messages later, still no refund. I get passed around on the phone lines and noone will return my emails or phone calls, including several messages left with Nick the General Manger. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
