The sales sucks. I traded in my leased Corolla and got a Rav4 The have not paid the trading price to Toyota Financial and TFS keep charging me the payment. Nobody cares. I called 3 times and walked in 4 times no result. The 2016 Rave4 has a defective driver seat And they refused to honor warranty. A great place to buy a car. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They make the car buying experience easy and painless. Was in and out in 2 hours on a holiday weekend. We are going there to buy our next car and would highly recommend friends to go here.
This is my second time I brought in the vehicle for service (oil change) and I was told that it will take under 2 hours so I waited in the lobby. Both times were about 3 hours wait. I wish they can keep it under 2 hours as promised.
Erik Rudd is always extremely accommodating when I need to bring my care in for service. I drive over an hour to Toyota so this is a plus. All staff I have spoken with have been very helpful.
