Your child's room is a joke. For the past year it has been a table and chairs, that is it! I will think long and hard before purchasing another vehicle here. I dread coming here with my 2 year old to get the maintenance done on my car, which I may add takes hours! There are many other dealerships in town that cater to customers with kids.
Corporate or a third party better do an audit. Most of the works are never done by the mechanics but customers are being charged for services. A perfect example of a case with a belt change. It was never done. We have video and pictures of marking on the old part there was never replaced.

I went in today for a oil change and a carwash and they scratched my car! And then try to tell me it was there before...we'll see how it plays out. WOW! Just really horrible. Negative stars.
