The issue in my case was communication. The truck was returned after a month. Nothing against the last service lady that help out at the end as she took my case (Valerie Campos).She was communicative and attentive. The communication with the first attendant was not there and did not returned my calls. I understand that sometimes work takes a longer than expected but you tell your clients. I took my 2014 F150 in because it was leaking coolant. Two weeks and over $1000 later along with $600 for a rental, it’s still leaking coolant. I cannot believe the lack of customer care this place has.
