Recommendedgreat service from John Wilson my salesman, worked through my issues with ease and got me what i wanted and could pay for. Go see John.
I drop off my truck a month ago to service, they told 2 day to remove engine block heater out and tell me to wait for them to order a new part, and they will call you to let me know what date i can drop my truck to get reinstall that. But i wait a month and don’t hear anything from them.
The service department does verify the parts are in. I made appt 3 months ago yet they have had my car for 2 days ( they told me just one day to do the repair) and when I went to pick it up, they said they did not have the parts. 2 days I am without a vehicle and nothing done and no loaner car and they never touched it!
Service department is absolutely terrible, dropped my truck off Friday morning as soon as they opened it is now noon on Wednesday and I call to get an update they claim they’re waiting to see if my warranties will cover the back driver side window motor replacement and sun roof bracket. If approved they said it will take them several weeks to repair which is completely ridiculous
Their service department is horrible. They refuse to honor warranties, including the extended warranty they sold my husband. The manager even refused to get off his butt and come out of his office when my husband asked to speak with him. I would recommend everyone run away from this place and do business elsewhere.
Dont recommend getting service work. Having trouble getting updates on vehicle and dont hear back from service advisor for weeks. Warranty claims are not a priority at this dealership.
Worst Customer Service ever. had my car for almost a week w/no specific diagnosis. Finally just picked it up & took to my mechanic.
5 ⭐️ service. When I take my car in to get service they are always so welcoming to receive your vehicle. Explanation of service and vehicle recommendations are always very informative.
