RecommendedGood people and good company
Customer service is the worst, they don’t know how to talk to people. Service dept manager is the problem no accountability. Took new car in for what should have been a three day job . Got a call said it was ready. Twice. Job was incomplete. Had the car seven weeks. Very disappointing. Not happy! This is not a way to run a business

Awesome service always fast with an appointment
Great customer service. My service advisor was friendly and answered all my questions.
My husband's truck has been in the service department for almost a month. It is under warranty and should have been repaired by now. He keeps getting the runaround from the service department saying they need to hear from Ford on what to do. That is such a lie!! It needs a new transmission, put one in it and be done!!! I have contacted several news outlets to report this unacceptable service. Get your act together now.
