I brought my car in for 2 recalls and a transmission noise.a week later I pick up my car and they tell me the transmission is not repairable after ford had told me they had extended warranty on this transmission I have to pay them for a diagnosis and they can’t tell me what’s wrong with the transmission but what ever it is it’s not covered and they only did one recall.bad service
RecommendedAbraham was my sales person. He was professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the car I wanted.

Worst parts and service department. A month without answers. Picked up my car that was ready after never being notified what was wrong with the car and with out being asked if they could work on it. Never go to this dealership. It’s not the first time I go through this and I’m certain I’m not the last customer that will go through this. People calling in left and right.
