RecommendedI highly recommend Francis at this dealership. He went above and beyond when helping me make a deal for my wife’s new ride. We were able to make the deal without my wife present at the dealership and when the vehicle arrived at the dealership he even brought it to our house a hour away. He brought the paperwork that she needed to sign with him and then once she was done signing he drove off in our trade in. We will definitely be contacting Francis for our next purchase.

I took my car for some recall issues that needed to be fixed. I dropped the car at 8:20 am. Roland said he would call me when my car was ready....well guess....no call. I called at 4pm and I guess they’re answering machine does not work or just put me on hold after hold for literally one hour. After that hour someone answer and said “I think your car is ready” and hang up, so i had to get a ride to go pick my car at 5:30 pm.
