RecommendedJordan was very helpful and keeps me up to date with what’s going on with my car. The only downside was I had to wait 4 hours just to have my maintenance done. It was a good thing I didn’t have any other appointment. So hopefully next time I won’t have to wait that long. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had a great experience at Autonation Ford Gulf Freeway with Cecil. He is incredibly helpful and makes the experience seem so seamless and intentional. I would recommend requesting him when going in. I ended up purchasing the new 2020 Ford Escape with his help. HOWEVER, I am still waiting to actually receive my car and it's been about a week and it's not looking good. They are an honest repair shop. I thought my water pump was leaking and brought in for repair. After thorough testing they filled with coolant and verified no problem. MO CHARGE. I have used this Ford location before and will always use them in the future.
Hell No. cam is shady as hell. Definitely don’t trust this dealership
worst experience ever in my life. this place is rude. no apologies no nothing it was horrible place. I wasted my time and energy on this place. and got nothing accomplished i will never recommend or even think about giving my business to this place!! was only there to get an update on my cars computer a 20 minute job. so went to another Ford dealer in and out in a flash took less than 20 minutes and I was on my way auto nation wanted me to leave my car for the day 😑

I’ve had problems at every service visit. “Appointments” are only to manage the length of the line at the service counter. Brought my vehicle in at 8am on a work day and they had not even looked at it when I called around noon. Also made an appointment for 7:20 am on a Saturday. Got an email verification too. When I got there, I was told they didn’t open until 8 am. Probably going somewhere else next time.
I feel like the service agent was MY agent. The tech did a great job. saved me hundreds of dollars by getting my brake fluid replaced and completely flushing and bleeding the WHOLE system. Thanks for being honest about the needed repairs. We definitely feel safer now.
