Friendly and simple, they just ask me what I need, told them and they did not even ask if it need it other stuff that they like to sale you. Only took 5-10 min to drop off do paper work and like 5 min to pick it up.

I had a major engine problem. Service advisor Valerie was very helpful, friendly and kept me in the loop until the problem was resolved. I have found that all the people a AutoNation have been friendly and helpful each time I have been there.

For such a big dealership people here are clueless on how to run their departments. I bought my truck Xmas 2019 and still waiting for them to fix my center console. But this takes the cake. I had an appointment at 2 o’clock with a technician and he doesn’t come in until 330. When I ask to speak to a manager his clueless about all the issues I have and still having because today my radio is back to square one. I had a recall that was supposedly completed and was not by Auto Nation Ford. My driver door will not lock or lack so it's very dangerous. I could of gotten into an accident or hurt. So, I called to make an emergency appointment and they can't get me in until August 19th. I explained to CSR that I have no other vehicle and it's very dangerous to drive.
