I purchased a vehicle less than 2 years ago with less than 30000 miles. It’s still under warranty and having transmission issues. I was told although I qualify for a rental one will not be provided until after the diagnostics test is done, which they are behind 2-3 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE for me to have to cover the cost of a rental because they sold me a defective vehicle.
