very little communication between customers and staff only by text message! would rather speak to a person then to a robot. brought my 2015 Mustang in for one repair, brake light switch. and ended up being I shorted out display as soon as I picked it up from that repair, took it back to fix the display and that got fixed, when I picked it up be back up camera was non-operational. also an starting problem which they could never find and was never properly communicated to me other than we don't know!
