We’ve ALWAYS purchased our vehicles here and never encountered an issue until last Saturday. Arrived at the dealership around 9:15/9:30 for a 10am oil change appt. When I entered the service dept I was not greeted, instead I was yelled at by a VERY unprofessional female. She immediately threw her hands up and stated “MAAM YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT, BE PATIENT!!!” This could have easily escalated and turned into a very bad situation. I arrived at the dealership at 6:50 am. They took my information at 7:05 for an oil change ONLY. My vehicle was not ready until 10:30 am. I told them no tire rotation, just oil change and it takes over 3 hours! Won’t happen here again.
Every time I come to drop off my car for an oil change, I always seem to get the worse customer service. No one looks up to greet you, if you don’t walk up to someone no one offers to help. It doesn’t hurt to smile when speaking to a customer. This is probably going to be the last time I come here.

Do not go here unless you like being lied to! Just leaving AutoNation Ford after a terrible experience. We found a car online that we were interested in and called and spoke to Angie and asked specific questions about the car TWICE and she assured us that the car had these features we were looking for. We found a sitter for our newborn baby and drove 45 minutes across town during Memorial Day weekend to see this car.
