I loved my experience with my car buying at this location. Ismael was not pushy at all and searched for the only vehicle I was looking for. Finally found the one I wanted and decided to move forward very smooth and fast purchase.
My vehicle had two recalls on it and the other ford dealership closer to us in proximity does not take appointments for ford customers who did not purchase from them. Auto nation gave us an appointment and had the two recalls taken care of by mid afternoon. Valerie was fantastic! Very thorough. William, the manager personally made sure I was transported to my destination while the recalls were repaired. Very good experience 😃
if any one bought a vehical here. And did not get2 key.s. Call ford manufacture and let them know. u should not have to pay for the 2nd key. It's part of the vehical
