When you make an appointment for service, the appointment is to talk to a service rep, not to get your car fixed. I had an appointment at 8:40 for a recall item. I was told it would take at least 1/2 a day. When I called 6 hours later work had not started. I was told that the appointment was to talk with a service rep - and the one I was scheduled to talk to wasn't available when I came in.
Had an agreement on their advertised price and then when we are finishing up financing, they tell me they cannot sell me the vehicle at their advertised price.
This place is the worst. I had my car taken in for warranty work and after 4 days it hadn’t been touched. Then today I went in to get a refund on my warranty because I traded the truck in. No one greeted us, I was told to “just go to the first office and maybe he can help”. I’m on crutches! Then that guy couldn’t help so he has me walk to the next one.
