RecommendedQuality work a little slow today
well....now they want me to pay $65 for a turn signal that wasn’t working before I bought the car and I’m not. True it was as is, but I was told that they’d fix it. Now the service department wants a manager to sign off on it! I don’t have time for that. Guess I’ll learn how to do it myself. Soooo....disappointed. The rating just went to two and a half stars. This place has terrible customer service. After you buy a vehicle and you call back with a question or need help with something the response is terrible. The manager whose name is Dale will just tell you "it's your problem". I guess he doesn't want to deal with you anymore.
Absolutely horrendous customer service.
Took good care of my truck. Had a recall that made it necessary to have done immediately. I was happy to get An appointment so quickly. Everyone was helpful and the customer lounge was comfortable and stocked with coffee and water.
Great customer service!! They finished the work in just one day!! I was amazed at how quickly they were done with my Dodge Ram 2500. I highly recommend!
This was my first time there since I had to get new tires. The customer service was good but the only thing I didn't like was how long I waited. The guy told by it will take 2 hours to be done but I was there for 3 hours 30 mins, almost 4 hours. I feel they should've checked on me and others at least every hour to make sure we were okay. I would go back, they just need to very accurate on their times when stuff needs to get done.

We were visiting from out of state for my son’s graduation from basic training when we had an unexpected issue with our Jeep. We found this dealership and were taken care of by Trevor who promptly got us in and serviced a recall on our vehicle. This was a very important time for us and he kept us from missing any of it - we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you, Trevor!
