I would not recommend going to them! If they make a problem they will not fix it! Nor call you back when they tell you they will, or follow up with you like they are suppose to!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with dealing with a car dealership! They do not take credit for their actions nor are they willing to fix them! They just want your money and you out of there! I have put my car in services with the Autonation on Victory Drive on multiple occasions and I enjoy working with them. The prices are high, but it is worth the service. Thank you and I would recommend this team to a friend.
I must say once physical contact made, things courtesy went down hill. The first gentleman paused his conversation on the phone to ask what I needed. After giving my name, he called on the intercom and Josh Lang became my advisor. I began to explain to him what I needed and told him the vehicle had 'bumper-to-bumper' protection. Somehow we began talking of my Chevrolet that is Serviced at 'Sons Chevrolet' here in Columbus but was previously done in Opelika, Alabama. This for some reason seem to bring his courtesy down.
