RecommendedCustomer service was awesome and they didn’t keep my Jeep all day. I’m glad they were able to replace a recalled part. Best part of my service for the day was when the service representative said, “Ma’am we topped you off in fuel.” Unexpected and grateful for that.
Great customer service in the service department and good turn around time.
I had to take my Chrysler 300 in for 3 recalls, a tire check (it kept losing air), and the ABS & anti-skid lock warning lights had come on. Chris got me in for my scheduled drop off on Saturday and would have gotten everything complete the same day if I hadn't missed his call about something he needed my go ahead on. So I picked it up on Monday afternoon (they are closed on Sundays). Thank you Chris and to everyone on the great AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram South Columbus Customer Service Team!
Service Manager Josh made sure we were taken care of. We encountered an unfortunate breakdown near the dealership, 3 hours from home. Further, the part was on national backorder, but Josh kept me posted every step of the way. Knowing we lived far from his dealership, he could have dismissed us. I’m very appreciative of the service he provided. Once the part arrived he had it installed and the car ready and detailed the next day.

I’m so grateful that you got us in and back on the road in a short amount of time and your customer service was INCREDIBLE!!!!
