Piece of shit company. I will never deal with them again. Approved us. Then called back later asked us to return the vehicle. Shady as shit. Do not deal with them.
Had an appointment for a recall at 730am. Was there for four hours for a repair that took about 30 minutes. Also went to check out their new cars, walked around for 20 minutes and not one sales person asked if they could be of assistance. I am buying a new car, have been looking for a while but will definitely not be returning to this dealership or buying anything that might cause me to need to go there for a recall or repair. Very disappointing and clearly not customer oriented at all.
We will never purchase another vehicle from this store. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and I have never had an experience like this. I’m so thankful we had financing secured before we got there, I can only imagine what kind of circus that would have been. We traded in two vehicles for a Jeep Wrangler unlimited, and after 4 hours of a closing. We realized the vehicle would not work for us. Dropped off the car because the windshield wipers wasn’t working constantly. I dropped it off on a Wednesday, I was told it be done around noon on Friday. I didn’t get a call so I went to check around 3 still wasn’t ready. I was told I would get a call when ready. I never received the call. I wen back right before closing and my car was being parked in the overnight lot. If I didn’t showed up I would never gotten my car that day.
