Started out well. They were trying to over cone a really crappy experience from the North location. Ended up sucking. Truck not detailed, rx drugs,bloody bandaid found under seat. Air conditioner not working right. Not even a week of owning it, would not do anything about it. Does not stand behind sale. NEVER should have given them a second chance. Cold day in hell before i will ever buy there again. Immediatly removed any and ALL signage on vehicle from this hell hole company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
Fixed one problem but created another problem with the car.
Airbag recall - 2nd one. First appointment was never completed because their system was down & they couldn't pull any information up. No one ever called us & I live 30 minutes away. 2nd appointment went really fast & I was happy about that but the tech broke my cell phone holder. Manager, Ed, said they'd get me one. Took a picture & said to stop by before we headed back home. We did - nothing purchased. Asked to come back that Friday. Still nothing. I never go here unless it's for a recall & never will.
