Bought 4 new cars from this place very loyal customer its been a whole month I still don't have a tag for my new ram I told them in the the beginning I wanted to use my personal plate just transfer it over with that being said they owe me a regular plate no matter what it was said that I didn't say anything about a personal plate so now I'm stuck with the fees because somebody didn't do there job people please pay attention look at how they treat loyal customers I will never buy there again
I have bought 4 cars from this location. Even bought my last car this year for my birthday. Still to this day I have no tag. Everyone know when you purchase a car they charge you up front from this. Well they got mine wrong. I told Walter when I did my deal that I didn't want a new plate he can just swap my old plate to new car. Not only did he not do that. I think they are a rip off, they gave me my military discount, but they added a miscellaneous expense to my bill. I questioned the expense and they told me it was there to pay for Shop supplies. I will not go back and I sure won't buy a vehicle from them. I was looking to buy my wife a jeep, but I will go to Auburn now
