I want the same kinda service I got the day your sales person sold me the car by the way he was awesome Paul was his name. When I come to get maintenance I want the same service. I absolutely hate nonchalant, clearly see me coming & walk the other way Customer Service. I was in Auto Nation in Columbus Ga. on the 18th November for a recall work being done on my Jeep Cherokee. Chris Greer from the Service Department was the person who assisted myself at this time. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all things in detail keeping me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. I really think he should be recognized for his job performance. He's a great employee.
