I bought my second car from Autonation South Columbus Friday evening, Bob the salesman made it a easy car buying experience. Not only was the pricing reasonable but they gave us 100% excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
Airbag recall, made appointment, parts in stock. Got to the dealer at 0830 for the 0900 appointment. Kerry took information and showed me to the customer waiting area. The last time for the other side it took 2 hours, but this time they had me out in just an hour. We talked about a non-warranty repair for the future and Kerry said no problem, just give him a call for the appointment. Thanks for the GREAT visit.
