RecommendedBrought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in for diagnostic tests due to a check engine light, the service office did an outstanding job figuring out what was happening, ordered the necessary parts, and completely corrected the issue, while keeping me updated the entire time. They went beyond my expectations by saving me money when they recommended not doing any unnecessary mechanical work, and everything was covered by an extended warranty that I wasn’t aware existed for the engine head. My Jeep is good as new and runs awesome again!
Spent three hours for a oil change and a recall part on a Ram. After the three hours of waiting was given a free oil change and told that the recall part was input into the system. When I got home I was leaking oil due to no one putting on the refill cap and now I’m still showing the recall part didn’t get installed. Going to anywhere other than a autonation.
I have never in my life had so much trouble from a car dealership as this one. I will NEVER bring my car in to be serviced here again. I was told by Mike Jones when I dropped my car off this morning at 930 it would be finished in a couple hours. They had a driver shuttle me home and here I have sat since 10 am waiting on them to finish my car. Avoid this dealership. Trying to get a refund on an extended warranty for over two months. No one will answer the phone and the finance department will not return calls. This place is an absolute joke.
