After reading the reviews on Yelp, I was a little concerned when we had to take our truck in to the shop, . But YELP is not always right so we went to see for ourselves. We pretty much have been a loyal customer of this location since the 90's. We had a great experience with the service department last week. Our Service Advisor Trevor was great, kept us informed on what the issue were with our Dodge Ram. Price was reasonable and since it was out of warranty we really didn't know what to expect. I had a great experience at the South Columbus location. get good customer service and overall experience. I will say I was not happy with the North location. Waisted 3 hours to just get price on vehicle, solve they have a plan to not post then so you have to do the dog and pony show, and then they act like they could care less if you buy there. So I didn't, I went to the South location and they were there best.
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation Waited over 2 1/2 hours unacceptable!

Customer Service ans timely completion
I recently took my Chrysler 300 Limited in after the ESC and ABS warning lights came on. I was early for my appointment but the service manager took my vehicle right in. The service supervisor informed me the diagnostic would take a coupe of hours and I was prepared for the long wait. After an approximate one hour wait, the service manager informed me the diagnostic was completed and a bad sensor had been replaced. I found the service team to be very friendly, responsive, and completely professional.
Customer service here is always great!
Everyone was very helpful, the service and people were a 10/10.
