RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at this car dealership. I had just arrived to the one in Opelika because that was where I had purchased my first car and I was sadly disappointed. I then decided to drive here all the way from Montgomery. Chris Herring delightfully greeted me with a smile on his face. Great Service department!! My Service Advisor, Christopher W., have always been great with answering and solving all my questions and concerns with my vehicle on several occasions . Christopher also kept me well informed while my vehicle was being repaired. This is my second vehicle from this location. Ive always had the best of services from the sales team to the Service Department. I recommend this location from my experience.
Worked with me on pricing and I walked out with a 2020 Ram. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from them. They are a good team. However, their detail team needs a lot of work. Slapping on some tire gel (which sprays all over the side of your truck) is not detailing. Use a microfiber towel, I now have swirl marks on a truck that has 20 miles on it. I will be discussing this with them. Overall experience was good.
