Customers, beware! While this dealership will sell you a car, if you have a question or an issue, even a minor one, they will not respond to you. No response at all. Not a yes, not a no, nothing. After multiple requests, by phone, by email, and through social media, still no response.

I arrived at 715 on Saturday morning I needed my oil changed and fuel filters changed. My truck sat for 2 hours and they still had not touched it. I left and went to Opelika and was in and out in 1 hour without a reservation in the middle of the day.
Wonderful value! Sales people were awesome! Highly recommend!

Things started off very professional and then the negligence began. Chris, the service manager, said it’s not protocol to check a thermostat because a car is overheating 😳 oh it’s not Chris. Well now Chris have blown the motor in my car because he didn’t check the thermostat. Not only was Chris negligent he also called and threatened to call the police on me for having a rental that was issued to me by Autonation and not returning it until they’ve completed the necessary repairs.
