They need better trained service techs.
RecommendedI had a few hiccups with the financing process, but not at-fault of anyone at the dealership. The deal that Carmen and Robert worked out was nothing short of a miracle!! I’m thoroughly pleased and felt appropriated. On the day of signing, Mark in financing was very helpful and accommodating.
They sell trucks, yet don’t have anybody that have knowledge about them and can answer questions. After letting the manager know about it he admitted that they don’t have a salesperson there that can answer specific questions and he didn’t seem to be to concerned about it. Very disappointed to say the least
Everyone is super nice and there are some really great options for anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Highly suggest AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert.
Doug Bonham is awesome in Fleet Dept. in 30 minutes knew which car, color, approximate terms and was ready to test drive my new Equinox. No hassle. drove off 4 hours later in new car. shazam!!!!!
