$75 for an oil change stings a bit, but setting up an apt for 830am and its not done at 1pm is what really hurts. Get your act together. Also warranty issue from Dec 2019 still not resolved with nobody seeming to take charge on the issue. Spent $100k on two vehicles and purchases went great, service on the other hand is terrible at best.

We knew what we wanted, they had the car ready to test drive for our appointment (even though I was late and switched the time twice). We sat on it for a day and they didn’t harass us with a ton of phone calls. We ended up buying the vehicle. They had us in and out for our appointment to do paperwork on a Sunday (everything ready). I'm sitting at the service area now, brought my sons car in to get an oil change and multi inspection. I just got him the car so I wanted the inspection done by a Chevrolet mechanic and also why I paid $65 for an oil change. I know that one of the tires are bad so I'm expecting them to want me to buy some new tires. I get here after car was dropped of at 11a.m. its after 5 now. the car is ready and not washed like they said it would be, they told me it was to late and they were shutting down. We walked out after nearly 7 hours. staff has no right working with the public. And because we walked out upset to receive a call from the sales person and be told that I have a SPECIAL PERSONALITY, was that a dig on me being gay? We will never return there and will be notifying Chevrolet USA
