This is for AutoNation Chevrolet In GILBERT, AZ. We came in on Labor Day weekend looking for a brand new 2020 SUV. I was pre-approved by my bank so I knew roughly what I wanted and my budget. Superstition service department sucked, very slow not knowledgeable. So we have been going to this location. We recently got a flat and need one of their stock tires that came with the truck. They made us an apt we show up for it and come to find out they dont have any in stock. We waited a over a hour for them to tell us this then they took it back to take a picture of the tire. First off my experience with Auto Nation started out great when I purchased my Truck in March. As of today though their service department has failed miserably in providing great customer service especially if I am part of the Auto Nation family! So first experience was July 31st I dropped off my vehicle for a standard oil change, I informed the representative that greeted me that the new truck had check engine lights pop-up and if they could check them out. $75 for an oil change stings a bit, but setting up an apt for 830am and its not done at 1pm is what really hurts. Get your act together. Also warranty issue from Dec 2019 still not resolved with nobody seeming to take charge on the issue. Spent $100k on two vehicles and purchases went great, service on the other hand is terrible at best.

We knew what we wanted, they had the car ready to test drive for our appointment (even though I was late and switched the time twice).
