Jordan did an excellent job of finding the perfect vehicle to fit our needs. He totally nailed it with a couple great options to choose from. Cody did a great job of understanding the warranty issue and checking with internal shop foreman to see if it was something that could be checked out when I arrived. The issue was reviewed and resolved easily and having a representative like Cody who was experienced and willing to try and make the customer experience a success was the reason for my satisfaction.
