Tried the service department out. Made an appointment to have my car get looked at. My vehicle sat for two days with nothing happening until I decided to just go pick my vehicle up. Vehicle is a Chevy with extended warranty, not sure what the issue was, but just a bad overall experience.

Please take your business elsewhere- Unfortunately while the buying experience was pleasant the product sold during the sales experience was misrepresented. I was sold “a pre paid maintenance plan”. I was told to come in at the end of the 46,000 mile coverage and get all the items replaced. Here I sit in the dealership being told that the product only covers products deemed broken. This is for AutoNation Chevrolet In GILBERT, AZ. We came in on Labor Day weekend looking for a brand new 2020 SUV. I was pre-approved by my bank so I knew roughly what I wanted and my budget. Superstition service department sucked, very slow not knowledgeable. So we have been going to this location. We recently got a flat and need one of their stock tires that came with the truck. They made us an apt we show up for it and come to find out they dont have any in stock. We waited a over a hour for them to tell us this then they took it back to take a picture of the tire. First off my experience with Auto Nation started out great when I purchased my Truck in March. As of today though their service department has failed miserably in providing great customer service especially if I am part of the Auto Nation family!
