It’s 4/17/2020 I just got to the bottom of why I haven’t received my license plates for a vehicle I purchased in January. My “apartment number wasn’t correct” despite me calling four times and speaking to multiple people about why my plates were still missing. The last associate I spoke with said he couldn’t help me because it “had been to long” and I would “have to call the DMV.” I will never take my business to them again or any other Auto Nation affiliate. Just wanted to share an experience today. I went to buy a truck two months ago and we couldn’t come to a deal. They called today to tell me they were going to blow me away with a new deal on the same truck I was looking at because of all the craziness going on now. After some back and forth, their “deal” that was supposed to blow me away was that they were taking $1,000 off the final price from 2 months ago. We had a super experience with this dealership and the representatives that helped us into our new vehicle. Pretty much stress free. Definitely not like your normal dealerships sitting there for 6-7 hours dickering. In and out in about 3 hours. A shout out to Craig Ludwig our sales person, as well as Kirk and Kyle. Before you buy anywhere else...see these good folks!! They’ll do you right.

Have been having great experiences since my bought my car in August this year, but today I had the worst customer service ever! The advisor, suggested me to get my car back without fixing it because she didn’t want to give me a waiting estimated time. Obviously left!!
