I'm sitting at the service area now, brought my sons car in to get an oil change and multi inspection. I just got him the car so I wanted the inspection done by a Chevrolet mechanic and also why I paid $65 for an oil change. I know that one of the tires are bad so I'm expecting them to want me to buy some new tires. I bought the car. Everything went smoothly.
We walked out after nearly 7 hours. staff has no right working with the public. And because we walked out upset to receive a call from the sales person and be told that I have a SPECIAL PERSONALITY, was that a dig on me being gay? We will never return there and will be notifying Chevrolet USA

Daniel and the service crew worked quickly and did a great job.
It’s 4/17/2020 I just got to the bottom of why I haven’t received my license plates for a vehicle I purchased in January. My “apartment number wasn’t correct” despite me calling four times and speaking to multiple people about why my plates were still missing. The last associate I spoke with said he couldn’t help me because it “had been to long” and I would “have to call the DMV.” I will never take my business to them again or any other Auto Nation affiliate.
