Worst buying experience ever!!!!!! Bought a car from them that was at another location told them on friday to go get it come Saturday morning once again told them to pick it up came in later to fill papers out than was told they would go get it take it to get washee and gas filled come 6/7 at night still no car got a message that it was sold. communication goes a long way it would have took picking up the phone letting them know they had sold it. Shout out to Kyle Mauch for setting this worried mom up with the perfect warranty for a tiny sub-compact college student commuter car, TWICE! We bought a used car on Saturday, and brought it back on Monday for an upgrade to a cuter, newer, girlier student car. The team was awesome! They took back the first car, no questions asked, Jayce worked out the sales portion, Robert was slick on financing and Kyle wrapped it all up, leaving me with zero worries and another big deal checked off the list. Thanks guys!

They need better trained service techs.
I had a few hiccups with the financing process, but not at-fault of anyone at the dealership. The deal that Carmen and Robert worked out was nothing short of a miracle!! I’m thoroughly pleased and felt appropriated. On the day of signing, Mark in financing was very helpful and accommodating.
They sell trucks, yet don’t have anybody that have knowledge about them and can answer questions. After letting the manager know about it he admitted that they don’t have a salesperson there that can answer specific questions and he didn’t seem to be to concerned about it. Very disappointed to say the least
Everyone is super nice and there are some really great options for anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Highly suggest AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert.
