Bought a new Silverado over the phone from Michigan and showed up 8 das later and took delivery for the drive home.
I’ve been waiting since July for my license plate for my Traverse. Every phone call is a complete run around. They say they’ll look into it. They don’t. They say they’ll have someone call me back. Nobody has. Since July! It’s a license plate! How are you in the business of selling cars when you can’t even get people there license plates? Chevy makes a good vehicle. It’s just a shame I’m going to have to drive further away the next time I want a new one. Buyers beware!
Had scheduled appointment a week prior for steps to be put on my new 2500 part of the purchase of the truck. After reaching my 3rd hour in the waiting area I asked the gentleman I dropped my truck off with how the step install was going. I got a blank look, obviously he did not remember me from 3 hours ago. He told me he would send over my service advisor. She came over and told me they had to get the steps from somewhere else. Our salesperson Scott Nelson was very easy to talk to and enjoyable to work with, along with the other managers who became involved. We had a unique situation surrounding the purchase of our new Chevy 2019 Volt, and they agreed to work with us in a personable manner. We have had 3 new cars in the past 10 years and the Volt's performance and design are far superior to the previous 2 vehicles (Nissan and Kia). We are happy to be American Car buyers again. only care about how much they will make off my trade in. Asked for my social security number and were very pushy to get it. They never made me any offers on my trade in all they were concerned about was running my credit before i even knew what the price was
