I leased a Chevy in another state and returned the lease to William Bonham on August 20, 2018. He sent me an email on August 23, 2018 William sent me an email stating my car was grounded. Well fast forward to today September 7, 2018 and GM notified me that the lease was not grounded until today. What took so long??
