Vicky and I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado for our travels upon retirement this summer. I have bought several trucks and a Suburban from Brown and Brown over the years, and could not have asked for better people to work with. The folks are knowledgeable, and are willing to work with you as needed, so it was a pleasure to purchase our Silverado High Country from (Brown and Brown, DBA) AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert.
Sold me a truck with a mouse nest in the headliner and they refuse to drop the liner and clean it out. Randy the GM called me back and said it would be 3 hours labor at a cost of $500 dollars, I did it myself with an arm in a cast in 45 min. I will not ever do business with this dealership.

Came in with an email from Edmunds on their special advertised price of the vechile, with my offer code. Was told it was an error and only for GM leaseholders and they couldn't honor it. No where did it state you had to qualify. In fact it stated you could get up to an additional $2k off if you qualify. I was told by corporate that I made them aware and they would work on the issue. In the dealership I was told that's just how they advertise and get people in.
Not sure how this place is still open. If you don't want to be lied to and get a run-around, don't buy a vehicle here.
