Went in just to get my warranty included oil change. They told me my cabin air filter was clogged. Their words not mine. After further research I found out there is no cabin air filter in my truck. They quoted me $89.95 to replace it. How do you get a dollar amount when there is no part or labor rate because there is no cabin air filter in that truck
Almost 5 weeks to replace a telescoping motor in my $75,000 corvette. Was told it was factories fault but not much information and no one really seem to care. If I was the original owner it would have been returned under the lemon law. got the impression no one really cared. Took car in for oil change, recall, and steering wheel. I thought for sure factory would cover the oil change since I didn't have my car for ****** 5 ****** weeks! Nope. Did get a loaner after the first week.
Bought a brand new 2017 Chevy Bolt Premier from them. Used USAA Car Buying Service. This is the only dealership in Phoenix that was able to get my Red one with all the options I wanted! General Manager said "it will be here in 3 days", and it was! Was able to get all the paperwork done online. Jeff DuPont, Head of Finance, was great, efficient, effective and helpful. We closed the trade -in and new car paperwork in 4 minutes. Painless! Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. They go far beyond any dealership I've been to and I'm completely satisfied and would refer anyone to this dealership.
