I had a most excellent experience. I was worried about brake problems and stopped in on the way home from work. I had just moved here and always had my car serviced at my dealer back home. Jon in service got me in right away and recognized my problem right away. Turns out brakes were fine and they even honored my warranty and free oil change from my previous dealer. I walked out feeling so much better especially with our first hot season. I will definitely be back again.!
I had an unexpected day off and called service to see if I could get an oil change done on my 15 malibu. They squeezed me in in the morning and did a great job getting done in a timely fashion. Thanks for the flexibility and great customer service
We just bought our 2017 Suburban in March, but during this month, June, our AC did not work and only hot air came out. We live in AZ, and the summer temp is already over 100 degrees. My husband dropped off the car late morning and in just several hours, the car was fixed blowing ice cold AC. They were quick to remedy the problem, and we had our vehicle back in no time at all. Our service provider, Kevin, was also very helpful in answering our questions.
Loved my experience here. Not pushy nor do they chase you down like dogs when you step on the lot.. lester is awesome got me 2017 Camaro with ease. Thanks lester, love the car!
