I bought a car with 3000+ miles but it was sold as new, then I saw that there were 2 sticker says Sands collusion center, and I am seeing many places of the car with clear coat on it, called the guy who sold me the car after waiting two days for him to give me a reapond he says no the car has no accidents and I can not prove it, even though one of the screws under the hood is missing paint becuase they open it. Worse car buying exprince in my life.
Over the years we have bought 7 cars from Autonation and have always been happy with each of the cars we have the service dept has always been fair and on time with each car and truck we have had. We are not going any place else
Edward GAXIOLA and Steve Krajenke were both amazing. Both of these gentleman were the kindest and caring auto associates I have ever dealt with. The whole staff was helpful. They made me feel good about the deal i was given. My Husband who passed away in January was smiling down on me and would of approved of how I was treated he had been in the auto industry for 30 years including owning his own Chevy dealership. So glad I went to Autonation to get my dream car. They have a customer for life with me.
We have a 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD Diesel truck which has ruined several camping vacations over the past year due to intermittent "Reduced Power Mode" instances. I have had it to 4 different shops, including 2 GM dealerships, but no one has been able to locate the source of the issue. it did take a couple days, but the diesel techs and Jeff Gaeta, the service rep, were able to diagnose and replace the Transmission Control Module and now it is running great again.
