Just bought our second vehicle from Autonation Chevrolet. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the car buying experience is as comfortable as it can be. Lester has been our salesman and he treated us well. We did not hesitate to return to him for our second purchase. The vehicles are great as well. We bought a 2016 Equinox last fall and just purchased a 2016 Malibu LT. Happy with the vehicles and happy with the experience. I recommend this dealership based on my experiences.
My daughter just got her first car and I couldn't feel more taken care of when it came to making this decision and what was best for her. Dwayne Champion took the time to find out what was best for her and encouraged her to choose what SHE wanted. Just got home with my wife's new 2016 Equinox from here. We were helped out by Dwayne Champion who treated us better than family and had us laughing the whole time. Walked us through every step to the very end and even helped my wife set up and connect to her new ride before we left the lot. Thank you Dwayne Champion for all of your help!
Today I went into Autonation for a new car, I had a great experience. Dwayne Champion was such a wonderful help in the whole process. He is very knowledgable about the cars available and did his best to find exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Dwayne for anyone going to buy a car. He was so nice it made the whole process seem easy. And he took the extra time to make sure I knew everything about the car and that all of my questions were answered.
Service department wrote our AC problem off as a known issue of our vehicle (while still under warranty). Now, that it's out of warranty, they "discovered an issue" and want to charge $1,500 to fix it.
Dwayne Chapman helped me out this past weekend in getting into a new vehicle, he made it the best experience I've had in buying a car! I would definitely recommend anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle to go to Autonation Chevrolet and ask for Dwayne.
