The service department here is nothing short of HORRIBLE. They know nothing about what they're doing and are very good at giving you the run around. I had to convince them that my rear air suspension on my brand new Tahoe had an air leak....they were going to give it back to me because nothing was wrong. After we showed them what to look at, the service manager agreed that there was 'something wrong' and the techs were just looking at the problem wrong. Um...ok. We bought a 2018 Trax last week. Our salesperson Kat was great. She was very knowledgeable on the Equinox and the Trax we looked at. The finance person we worked with was also great. He got us the best possible interest rate and warranties possible and kept our payment very affordable. Overall our expierence was great.

Went to check my fluids on my truck and guess what? No oil cap! Apparently once they are done with oil changes putting the oil cap back on is too hard to do. This is my third issue I’ve had with them.
I took my GMC Yukon in to get the radio changed out, because it was not working right. They did a great job getting me in and out quickly, but to top it off they washed my car!! �
