I went to purchase a used GMC Acadia from this dealership and had the worst experience in my life! I was discriminated against! If you’re planning to go here please do not waste your time, they will sweet talk you just to get you to go to the dealership an once you’re there they will screw you over and just waste your time! I definitely do not recommend this dealership, if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle don’t come here!!!
We just moved to Gilbert and did not know where to take our Tahoe for compete service. Just because AutoNation is a Chev dealership we went there. I set up an appointment on-line. Two days before the appointment I got a reminder. When I arrived the tec went over what I needed done and gave me the cost of each service item. They completed the service in about half the time they quoted at the beginning and the cost was as outlined! We will go back.
Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert is amazing I will only buy and service my cars thru them. They always make sure my car is safe out on the road, they take care of my car. Thank you Jeff G. always great service
Wendy Brown is a great service advisor. She provides great customer service. She keeps you informed about the status of your vehicle and works to get your vehicle completed in a timely manner. It is a pleasure working with her.

Went in to order a 2019 Silverado 4 wheel drive LTZ. From the start, I heard No or I can't do that. By the time I got the truck it was $7,000 more than the price I was first given. The sales person wanted me, the customer to do all the work. It was a nightmare from the start. I will never buy another vehicle from any AutoNation dealer again. They just don't care to make the customer happy as long as they can get all the money from them as they can.
I recently brought my Tahoe in for routine maintenance they were timely, courteous and also took care of a recall for me would highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert thank you Andrew!
