Went to urgent care (Waynesboro) with what ended up being a bad high ankle sprain and hip sprain, both on my right leg. I can barely walk at all. I was given 2 kinds of motrin that were doing nothing to help. So I called to see if I could get something better so I can walk at all, cause that's important. Not only can no other nurses even help out at all, they refuse to leave the dr a message that I need his help and refuse to tell me when he will be in next to see him. They are a joke.

Just left the pain management office with a friend of mine. My friend has an incurable rare disease, which causes draining ulcers on both of her legs. I was amazed to learn this NP new NOTHING about her disease! I tried to give her some printed information about my friend's disease from the Mayo Clinic. Not only did she jerk the papers out my hand she didn't even look at them. She was a nasty NP. WTH? Why do you have someone that is not a Doctor seeing her? Recommendeda really big thank you to Dr Glen Michael in the emergency department. I came in one night with extreme chest and abdominal pain and Dr Michael stayed 3 and a half hours over his shift to help me get answers! also, my nurse Seth. he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were both so kind and made sure to explain every little thing to me so I knew exactly what was going on.Thanks guys! this is the only time I've been there and the staff went above and beyond. you guys were great.
