Just left the pain management office with a friend of mine. My friend has an incurable rare disease, which causes draining ulcers on both of her legs. I was amazed to learn this NP new NOTHING about her disease! I tried to give her some printed information about my friend's disease from the Mayo Clinic. Not only did she jerk the papers out my hand she didn't even look at them. She was a nasty NP. WTH? Why do you have someone that is not a Doctor seeing her? Recommendeda really big thank you to Dr Glen Michael in the emergency department. I came in one night with extreme chest and abdominal pain and Dr Michael stayed 3 and a half hours over his shift to help me get answers! also, my nurse Seth. he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were both so kind and made sure to explain every little thing to me so I knew exactly what was going on.Thanks guys! this is the only time I've been there and the staff went above and beyond. you guys were great.

i went to the ER about 1am one night hurting in my back to the point I was sick and crying. I sit in the lobby for almoat 3 hours before I wver got to rhe back. There was oy 1 other person waiting. Im in the room for almost 2 hkurs before anyone comes in to see me and its the doctor. He asked me if they had me give a urine sample, I told him that he was the 1st person I had ssen since I came back. He told me that he had ordered the urine sample before I was even brought back.
